The Albany Pine Bush Preserve and the team at their Discovery Center have become great customers to us. The Science Symposium this past Thursday, as part of the Lupine Fest, was the third event we’ve catered for them. This time, (100) charcuterie cups, including vegan and gluten-free. Well, this is a first! Was asked to make a charcuterie display for a…restaurant. A French bistro, to be exact! How perfect is that? They are celebrating the birthday of owner at and his wife didn’t want him spending TOO much time in the kitchen at his own party. 🎉 😊 Happy birthday, Kevin!

Thanks to the thoughtfulness of parents, the Shaker school system has seen A LOT of Date & Olive this past year. Recipients of these gifts have become some of my best customers as well! Today’s delivery went to Shaker Middle School.
