Not my "Oops Alley Texas" club.

"Oops Alley Clowns of West Texas" is their Facebook account.

"Oops Alley-TCA #2" is their group

"Oops Alley" is the group name.

Mine, "Oops Alley Texas" is mostly an online project of animation and content creation. A "make believe" alternative for parents looking for faith based animation on YouTube and Tiktok.

Very different forms of art. Digital art, print on demand, vlogging, and influencer gigs... just not the same type of happy clown.

As an AACC Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach First Responder, I am trained in Human Trafficking Coach. Clowning is a beacon for many who are seeking help and support. I've helped get survivors to resources and even out of houselessness!

This situation didn't surprise me, to be honest, I have come to the realization that no one can walk in my shoes, Clown shoes included.

A username on Tiktok spoiled the faith I had in a little group I once wanted to be a part of. Thank you God for giving me wisdom and foresight.

Pinky The Creative Clown not one time mentioned being a member of this Oops Alley-TCA # 2

Though I was invited in by Linda Greene as well as received mentoring from "Greenie The Clown,"

Complaints to Linda Greene about some Oops Alley members being upset with me as my clowns, stating I ran ads from Oops Alley-TCA # 2, which I've never done.

Sweety Claus The Clown, has not run ads or advertising, including any other Clown persona within my club, "Oops Alley Texas," Coffee With Kevin (CWK), Pink Bee or Coach T! TcMacDesigns, DaisyCottage2, also have not claimed to be a members of the Texas Clown Association's group in order to get jobs from their branding.

The username of a Tiktok account became an issue over the weekend. Linda Greene called to tell me to remove my ad. I asked if she was on Tiktok or Instagram, she said "no." I sent her screenshots of my accounts and bios. Once upon a time "we" (all 6 of our clowns) were welcomed in. And now, because of unfounded complaints, this won't be a future consideration for my registered and Google verified businesses.

Thank you for your concern and non factual claims of stealing the name and any business opportunities. This is incorrect. I have documents if anyone needs them.

For the moment I changed my Tiktok username from @ oops to oopsie to appease Linda Greene because I genuinely care for her and appreciate everything she's shared with me about clowning. I was clowning before I reached out to Linda Greene (2024) to possibly get plugged into her group. Time never worked out to meet them, except for a few members I knew from my own personal life.

She did warn me about jealousy and infringement years ago. Makes no sense if I'm volunteering my time, that I am not free to do so.
Booking is under my DBA, my business, no one else's. If I choose to give away my time, this is also my freedom to do so.
