Most people think of a wedding DJ as the person who keeps the party going at the reception. And yes — that's part of it.
But one of the most crucial parts of the day is knowing how to run a ceremony. The vows, the processional, the officiant's mic, the music cues — it all has to be clean, and nobody should ever notice the DJ.
Here's the ceremony setup I'm working with today: fully battery powered. That means I can set up anywhere — a vineyard, a backyard, a hilltop — with zero cords running across the aisle and no dependence on venue power.
I invested in the right equipment so every guest can hear those vows clearly, front row to back row. Those words only get said once. Our job is to make sure everyone gets to enjoy them.
A lot of DJs just show up. We show up with intentionality.
