While my culinary passion began at a very early age, my first professional gig was at the Élan Club in Houston, Texas, in 1977 (pictured here). Dessert is not just a taste...it's an experience! Preparing each dessert from scratch is like a tiny creative journey, and for me, it feels like an expression of gratitude to celebrate the end of the meal.
