We were proud to once again team up with as an event production partner for their 3rd annual Asia X Austin International Summit, an official 2026 event! Held at the on March 17th, the day-long event featured concurrent programming from 12pm - 9pm and kicked off by diving deep into the regional synergy that makes Central Texas a global powerhouse.

Attendees got to hear from the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce board members and CEO, as well as partners such as , the , , as well as the mayor of Austin.

The afternoon sessions focused on international partners including , the Philippine Consulate General in Houston, and the Consulate General of India, Houston. Additional programming featured a robotics demonstration, and panels discussing economic markets, AI, marketing, and more.

This year, the summit also saw creators and influencers coming together for panels and fireside chats. Attendees got to hear from , , , and .

We culminated the night in partnership with for a film panel, food by , and live music. And let’s not forget activations like the podcast studio by and even a robot dog onsite!

Congratulations to at GAACC on another successful summit, here’s to doing it all over again next year!

Last month we had the honor of being the event producer for the 2025 Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce Ovation Gala. Held at the Hyatt Regency, the event saw 500 attendees gather together to “Illuminate the Night.”

Some highlights of the event included a powerful keynote from Anh Selissen, the CIO of TxDOT, about her journey as an Asian woman in leadership, stunning artwork by local artists as part of the silent auction display, a variety of performances including the GAACC board members being led into the ballroom by Bollywood dance troupe , and an after party featuring Persian Dance group that saw several attendees getting on the dance floor to learn some Persian dance moves.

The gala celebrated this year’s business award winners across categories such as hospitality & culture, entrepreneurship, community impact, emerging business, and innovation. The team also successfully surprised board member Ahmed Moledina with a GAACC Community Impact Award for his years of service as a board member, and for leading this year’s Ovation Committee for the second year in a row.

Thank you to the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce for trusting us with this event. We had a blast!

We’re so proud to have been the event producer for the 14th annual A-LIST Awards last week where 500 attendees gathered at The Long Center to celebrate startups and businesses that are shaping the region’s future and playing a vital role in innovation and economic success.

10 companies out of 150+ nominations emerged as winners in categories such as Defense Technology, VC Firm of the Year, AI Standout Innovation, Emerging Startup, and more. It was such an incredible night of celebration, rounding off with a fun after party complete with live music, raffle prizes, food, and drink.

A fun highlight was BoothEasy Photo Booth Company’s proprietary AI tech that instantly transformed attendees into Delta Air Lines travel posters.

A sincere thank you to Opportunity Austin, Roland Peña, Elizabeth Gori, and team for trusting us with the event. What an amazing night!

Last month we were excited to team up again with the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerceand Asian Eats ATX for the second annual Asian Eats ATX dinner and after party! On April 19, over 20 restaurants across Austin such as The Spice Garden, Masala Wok, Lucky Robot Japanese Kitchen, Soupleaf Hot Pot, and Oribello's Bar & Kitchen welcomed guests for a night of good food, great company, and community celebration.

Immediately after, guests then made their way to Wanderlust Wine Co. - Shady Lane to continue the night’s festivities! To bring a little sweetness to the evening, our After Dark vendors , .nbiteatx, , , , , .mobilebar, and brought an incredible array of snacks and drinks for guests to enjoy.

The night also featured musical performances by the talented , (did you know their electric guitarist is Chef Moto from East Side King?!), and .monday. Proceeds from the event went towards supporting the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce Foundation and this year’s charity of choice - Asian Texans for Justice.

We could not have asked for a better crew to Party with a Purpose and Feast for a Cause with! Thank you for allowing us the honor of being the event producer once again. We love working with the Austin AAPI business community!

Parties are always better when a Pokémon and a Ninja Turtle show up! We were proud to team up with the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce once again for their Asia X Austin International Market Summit and After Party during SXSW on March 11.

Held at the Austin Public Library downtown, the daytime programming featured a variety of speakers and panels including a welcome by Austin Mayor Kirk Watson, Asian Market Briefings, an Austin Startup VC roundtable, and a Founders Workshop focused on storytelling techniques to craft winning pitches.

After a day of connection and learning, it was time for what the GAACC community loves to do - have FUN! Our theme for Asia X Austin After Dark this year was “Asian Pop Culture,” and with the help of Greater Austin Comic Con and cultural critic and author Jeff Yang, we gathered an eclectic cast for an Asian themed Family Feud showdown.

Contestants featured actor/writer Celia Au, TuneCore Global Head of Communications Maria Ho-Burge, and actor Shirley Lian Chen on Team SXSW versus Bowser, Ninja Turtle Michelangelo, and a Star Wars rebel pilot on Team Comic Con.

Guests were also treated to a k-pop dance performance by , AI DJ beats by I4L Creative Studio virtual icons, craft cocktails by , tasty bites by and various “Asia in Austin” cultural activation zones by the Austin Filipino-American Association, the Vietnamese American Community of Austin, and the Korean American Association of Greater Austin.

We can’t wait for our next event with the GAACC! They definitely throw the best parties in town!

29 panels, keynotes, and live podcast recordings, a private VIP happy hour for VCs and investors, a silent disco, Sunday Morning Service with David Platt, 15 musical acts, 2 comedy shows, and a pre-release viewing of King of Kings by Angel Studios. These are just some of the things that took place across 3 stages at Sunday SVC at SXSW on March 7-9.

Couple that with a Convoy of Hope assembly of 2,500 bags for local communities, a Riverbend Church Austin artist showcase with over 40 artists and artisans, FREE BBQ by Good Shepherd Austin, and an onsite prayer tent headed up by Luke 4:18 Ministries and you have an amazing faith-based event for the books!

With over 50 speakers, panelists, and musicians, SVC was carefully curated over 8 months to bring together an amazing collective of world class thought leaders and innovators in music, film, tech, education, and entrepreneurship for over 7000 attendees. We are so incredibly proud to have been the event producer for SVC at SXSW 2025 and couldn’t have done it without our amazing vendors, partners, and sponsors. Looking forward to even more exciting collaborations in the future!

For our final event of the year, we had the honor of working with the to produce a stand up comedy show fundraiser benefiting a scholarship program for a real estate education program at , an HBCU in Austin, Texas.

Held at .atx, the event featured a cocktail reception where guests could mix and mingle while enjoying drinks and snacks, followed up with a full 90-minute comedy lineup with performances by , , , , , and .

Guests were also excited to meet some of the HTU students, and had the opportunity to bid on an impressive golf package for auction. It was truly a fun night full of laughs, and we love that 100% of proceeds and donations from that night went straight to the scholarship program! Congratulations E4 Real Estate on a successful night and here’s to bigger and better things in 2025!

The only thing better than a winter party, is a winter party with an epic karaoke showdown! We had so much fun working with the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce once again on their annual winter members party earlier this month!

Held at Golfinity_ATX in Cedar Park, close to 200 guests were treated to a night of high-tech golf in state-of-the-art driving bays, while enjoying curated drinks, appetizers, and desserts. Back by popular demand, the karaoke competition returned with talent singers belting out their best songs to win their very own karaoke mic.

We might be a little biased, but we definitely think the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce throws the best parties in town. What a great way to close out the year!

Last month we had the honor of being the event producer for the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce annual Ovation Gala. Held at the Hyatt Regency Austin downtown, the event centered around the theme “Awaken the Dragon” and was an opportunity for the AAPI business community in central Texas to come together and celebrate achievements and milestones in 2024.

With a full house of 470 attendees, the evening was emceed by local KVUE anchor Jenni Lee, and featured a heartwarming keynote by AAPI community builder and podcaster Jerry Won, awards for businesses and entrepreneurs of the year, and special musical performances by the Ruan sisters, lion and dragon dances by Texas Dragon/Lion Dance, and K-pop hip-hop by ATX KDC. We even ended the night with a Bollywood dance performance and lesson by Sway with Pray, followed by music by DJ STEADY B. for the after party!

It was such a pleasure working with the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce to produce this event, and we can’t wait to do it again next year!
