About: Tellme Scenic Solutions has been an industry leader in the scenic world for over 20 years. We have done everything from corporate events, concerts, and award ceremonies to outdoor festivals and permanent installs. We are looking for a motivated leader/builder who can stay current technologically. Our Shop utilizes metals, aluminum, and wood for most of our fabrication projects. We add drape, fabric, lighting, and automation to finish each task.
Job Description:
Tellme Scenic Solutions is seeking a multi-position Person with at least four years of experience. You must be able to generate cut lists, fabricate from drawings, and be highly efficient in layout and fabrication. Event and trade show knowledge is a plus. You must be a self-motivated team member with a positive outlook in a work environment.
Tellme Scenic Solutions is not a production shop. However, we fabricate custom scenic elements, utilizing custom Aluminum frames, cabinetry, plastics, one-off logos, welding, CNC, table saws, sewing, painting, and more.
Requirements:
-A proficient fabricator with
buildexperience.
-Valid driver's license.
-At least four years of experience.
-An excellent understanding of work
optimization techniques.
-Good knowledge of the applicable
safety regulations and procedures.
-Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
-Positive leadership skills.
-Good time management and problem
solving skills.
-A willingness to work long hours and
overtime, if needed.
-Must be able to read blueprints
-A high school diploma or GED.
-Strong understanding of mathematics
and geometry
-Continued educations preferred
