No events in August. And that is VERY intentional. 👀💕

Meshay & Madison is taking August off from hosting our own curated experiences.

Not because we’re slowing down.

Because I’m booked building what’s next.

August is for site visits. Venue scouting. Partnership meetings. Planning sessions. Sponsorship conversations. And a whole lot of behind-the-scenes work that you probably won’t see until everything comes together.

First up, Sweet Auburn Music Fest in September, where I’m working behind the scenes on partnerships, activations, vendors and the overall festival experience.

But after SAMF? Ohhhh, we outside again. 😂🥂

💕 Meshay & Madison: The Series continues through the rest of 2026
👀 Plus a few experiences I’m keeping in the group chat for now…

One thing about me, I’m not going to put an event on the calendar just because the month has an empty Saturday.

If Meshay & Madison puts our name on it, there needs to be intention behind it.

The venue. The people. The partnerships. The details. The feeling you leave with.

That takes strategy.

So August isn’t an “off month.”

Every client brings me a vision.

My job isn’t to copy a Pinterest photo. My job is to create an experience that feels custom, elevated, and uniquely theirs.

While event strategy is what Meshay & Madison is known for, I occasionally create signature backdrops and curated tablescapes for select clients who trust me to bring their vision to life.
