We will provide excellent service in catering. I have an outstanding staff who are friendly and polite. Our menu is outstanding. We provide good and tasty Entrees, Sides, Salads and Desserts. We are a company that can bring it because we can offer different types of foods such as Mexican, American, Soul Food, Jamaican Style, and Italian. We have an Chef that learns new Entrees always. We will also provide a tasting on any of our foods listing on menu. As a extra bonus will provide candy buffets and chocolate and cheese fountain display. We also have signature dishes such as our Root beer ribs, Dr Pepper ribs, Citrus Chicken, Pecan Cake,

Sweet Potato Cornbread, Melvin’s Signature Ribs, Shrimp Pasta Salad made with a homemade three cheese ranch. My eight cheese Mac, Collard greens with a twist. Tanisha Slamming Egg rolls. And our deep fried Cornish hens. I just name my popular items. I also have Signature Beverages: pineapple lemonade punch, strawberry lemonade, wedding punch and a sweet tea with a twist. Also we are a company that do think out of box we can go beyond what you can imagine. We have good and reasonable prices. Food is tasty. As a catering company we do provided extra services such as Balloon design, party favors, backdrops and centerpieces.
