With more than 20 years of experience, Rachel graduated cm laude from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Atlanta as a Certified Culinarian and Pastry Culinarian. Her training includes culinary tours in Italy, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg. She takes great pride in being a female Executive Chef, with a 13 year tenure at AFFAIRS to REMEMBER and the preferred caterer at the The Fox Theatre.

How will you celebrate St. Patrick’s Day?

As Atlanta’s “greenest” caterer, our Legacy Green program encompasses eliminating all polystyrene products, recycling, composting, training, sourcing from local and organic farms, and weekly food donations to services that support Atlanta’s vulnerable persons in need. Since the inception of our Legacy Green program in 2014, we have diverted more than 2 million pounds of recoverable material away from landfills. That puts us at an average of more than 4,000 pounds per week, more than 100 tons per year!

ATR Chef's Garden 2012 Fall/Winter Harvest

Our Chef's Garden offered up several harvests throughout the 2011-2012 winter. Its bounty was used in marinades, salads, herb blends, and more for our clients' parties.

Affairs to Remember Caterers Supporting PAWS and Atlanta's Table

Summer 2011 has come and gone, but the kindness and generosity of Affairs employees will be felt by local citizens for months to come…citizens of the two and four legged varieties. At our summer employee picnic, staff members had the opportunity to "dunk" senior management for a monetary contribution that was donated to PAWS Atlanta and Atlanta’s Table. Lots of dunking, lots of donated dollars, lots of fun!
