The end of one chapter and the start of something new...

After years of celebrating love stories and meaningful moments, Mitchell Event Planning is officially closing at the end of this year. What began in 2017 grew into something far greater than we ever imagined, and we are endlessly grateful to every couple who trusted us with their most important days and every vendor partner who collaborated alongside us.

As we prepare for an international move in 2026, we’re also stepping into a new season. A season that allows us to continue serving the wedding and event industry in a different, but equally meaningful way.

A bookkeeping and advisory firm built specifically for wedding and event professionals who want greater clarity, confidence, and intention in their numbers.

While we may be closing the doors to event planning, our passion for this industry remains. We’re simply shifting how we support it, from guiding couples through wedding days to helping our vendor colleagues build stronger, more sustainable businesses behind the scenes.

Your wedding day portaits don't have to be formal or "stuffy" - they can be anything you want them to be! We recommend that you share your photography vision with your prospective photographer to ensure you have a similar philosophy ✨ You spend A LOT of time with your photographer on the wedding day... in fact, you spend the entire day with them, in most instances.
