We believe much remains uncharted in the craft of distilling spirits - new grain profiles, new distillation and aging techniques, new flavors, and ultimately, entirely new experiences for those who enjoy a dram. By constantly re-evaluating traditional methods, we hope to contribute in some small way to the discoveries that await. The Distillery was the original startup, and with us, we hope to keep the innovation flowing.

It's that time of year, when we release our cult favorite Fiddler Syncopation HAZMAT Bourbon that Master Distiller Manglitz distilled from 100% malted bloody butcher corn in days of yore on our Vendome Copper & Brass Works Inc. stills.

Unlike prior summer's releases, this will be the last release of Fiddler Syncopation, ever – when it's gone, it's gone for good! Note that the proof of this final bottling may slightly vary from the photo, but rest assured, it's still HAZMAT. Reserve a bottle here:
