In My Bag…
The month of August has allowed to be “in our bag” as full service event specialists for 2 events.

Through this corporate partnership, we executed all the roles of an event service business.

We consulted with our client to determine their event goals and how our services could help achieve these goals.

We were given freedom to create an event design that matched their brand’s aesthetics as we incorporated banners, balloon installations, and other decor elements. With our attention to details, we secured custom treats with their logo, motto, and mission statement from the best, Dalecia Respress Armstrong.

We managed 3rd party vendors by procuring catering services for 9 days for 50+ ppl … including breakfasts, lunches, snacks, beverages, a formal luncheon, and a Welcome Reception. Hats off to our in-house catering staff ❤️, Chick-fil-A, Publix, and new comer, Chef Heather Fraser!!! Chef Fraser owns Fraser Fusion Co.

For 9 days, we handled logistics and day-of/
on-site management to ensure everything BTS (behind-the-scenes) ran smoothly.

Lastly, post the events, we oversaw the takedown of production and decor elements.

According to the feedback from our client and their guests, our services were top-tier!!! We even gained a referral. I am grateful.🙌🏾
