The Platinum Restaurant at Princess Hotel is a good option for a more intimate dinner experience, particularly for Platinum guests who want something quieter and more exclusive than the larger resort restaurants. Its location near the beach on the Grand Sunset side also gives it an advantage for the overall resort experience. The service and food were top-tier.
