Today's spotlight is for Coordination and Planning Services. Many people don't think about how much stress can be taken off their plate by hiring even just a day of coordinator. While we do go above and beyond trying to help plan your event as much as possible here at Willow Tree with our team. Hiring on a coordinator can be incredible for getting your decorations in place, the timeline of the day running smoothly, and your aunt Cathy out of the wedding aisle trying to record on her iPad when your $2,000 videographer is trying to get the money shots right behind her.

✨ Something Eventful / Paula Rowe : A longtime executive assistant turned event coordinator & planner. Paula has a huge heart and endless ambition and attention to detail. If you're a type A bride, Paula is your girl. You can expect excel spreadsheets to track your budget, shared google sheets for the planning check list & RSVPS, and unlimited access to her for questions via email and text.
✨ Forgetmeknotevents / Vintage Charm Rentals: Years in the industry, an incredibly professional and kind team, and a huge decor and china rental closet - Forget Me Knot Events is a wonderful option. Especially if you need additional help finding vetted and insured vendors, event childcare, and bartending services as well. We love a good bundle deal!
