Mom/Dad you are the leader in confidence. They will believe they are capable when you feel you are capable. Your child will always mimic you. Be the leader. Be in charge of your life. Know that you are the influencer in their life. Model what you know they need.

Teach and practice the skills your child needs at home. Make sure they feel confident to learn. Make sure they know they CAN learn!

What is your truth? Are you speaking from your confidence of them? Are you just performing? They will be able to sense whether or not you believe what you say. It will either confirm or contradict in how you treat them.
