Every Last Detail Every Last Detail supports corporate conferences, meetings, incentives, tradeshows, and other events

At Every Last Detail, I serve my clients through “strategic event management.” This means that in addition to the A-to-Z of planning, I employ a strategic approach before the planning begins to ensure that the event is purposeful, effective, and aligned with the organization/company’s goals. Then, after the event concludes, I evaluate its success and determine next steps for my clients in order to

capitalize on what was accomplished.

*Disclaimer* As is customary in the event/travel business, sometimes I receive industry discounts or complimentary considerations during the course of a site visit or planning trip (i.e., for hotel rooms, meals, etc.). But rest assured any opinions expressed here are given from my perspective as a professional.

It's extremely important we don't neglect our responsibility to make virtual events as accessible and inclusive as our in-person gatherings - this article has some tremendously valuable information.

Our industry has been shaken to its core, and what we're experiencing is truly grief. We can remain optimistic and know that we will rise to any challenge, and stand up for all we know is right and just, but it is so important in the meantime to process everything you're feeling. Most of all, know you are not alone.I have certainly felt everything expressed in our latest installment of The Independent Perspective, with Tess Vismale and Qualena Odom-Royes.

Whether you are working by yourself or with a team, you are not exempt from a pandemic and all that it brings. We experience symptoms of anxiety and depression, and many of us have even walked through the five stages of grief.
