Chocolate + nut butter lovers, this one’s for you! These Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats taste like dessert—but pack a serious punch of protein, fiber, and healthy fats to keep you full and fueled.

They’re gluten-free, dairy-free (if you want them to be), made in minutes, and perfect for busy mornings or prepping ahead for brunch with friends. Think creamy, chocolatey oats topped with a big spoonful of nut butter and a sprinkle of crushed peanuts for crunch.💥

You can even turn this into a fun, make-ahead brunch board—serve in jars or ramekins and let everyone top their own. It’s one of my favorite ways to feed a crowd!

✨ Save this for your next meal prep day or when you need a no-stress breakfast that still feels special.

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
• 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
• 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
• 2 scoops chocolate prime protein
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 - 3 tbsp peanut butter

DIRECTIONS : Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then distribute evenly between two mason jars or bowls with lids. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
