Day three of fasting 😤 Currently in Hour 60: My body is now settled in to a day’s worth of ketosis and currently releasing kestones. My cells are regenerating through autophagy. This process is where bad cells are pretty much consumed by good cells that essentially take over. I feel great. Many people along my journey have emphasized how they are incapable of embarking upon such a cleanse but quite frankly it’s not hard at all. It is definitely a mind over matter kind of thing.
