𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝗢𝗻-𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Provide professional support during association meetings and corporate events throughout the Greater Atlanta area.
𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Assist with the transport, setup, and breakdown of event supplies and materials.
Problem Solving: Adapt to changing assignments and address on-site challenges with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Professional Communication: Interface effectively with clients, board members, and event attendees.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a refined professional presence are mandatory.
𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to navigate to various event locations.
𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Ability to work a variable schedule, including day and evening shifts.
𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Computer and Microsoft Office proficiencies are required. Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.

ACCOUNT MANAGER NEEDED

Leading association management and event planning company located in the greater Atlanta, GA area is seeking a part-time account manager with proven prior administrative, event, and computer experience. This individual will be the point of contact with assigned client(s) and will provide support including all aspects of professional event planning, vendor and venue management, detailed reports, event production, budgeting, and post-event follow-up. Strong communication skills and overall professionalism are a must.
• Expectations: work virtually to support day-to-day client activities and work onsite at client events and association meetings in the greater Atlanta area. The timing and location of events will vary.
• Proficiency: must be highly skilled in Excel. (Satisfactorily complete a competency test.)
• Possess: reliable transportation, a current Driver's License, and the ability to transport supplies to and from events.
• Ability: well-organized with flexible hours, exceptional planning/time management skills, work independently, extremely detail-oriented, strong problem-solving and verbal communication skills, focus during changing and challenging assignments.
