In today’s fast-paced work environment, stress is almost inevitable—but what if we saw stress regulation as a strategic advantage?

When employees have the tools to RESET their nervous system, they can meet challenges with clarity, creativity, and resilience—rather than reacting from a place of overwhelm.

A well-regulated nervous system leads to:
✅ Higher morale & stronger team connections
✅ Increased focus & productivity
✅ Reduced burnout & absenteeism
✅ Better decision-making under pressure

That’s why integrating simple yet powerful RESET practices—like mindful breathing, movement, and intentional pauses—is key to fostering a thriving workplace culture.

✨ It’s also why I created SETTLE → https://lnkd.in/ePutvqF2. Because when we take the time to reset, we don’t just feel better—we work better.

How do you incorporate stress regulation into your workday?

Let’s share and support each other! 💬👇

1 week from today! join us for, Who I Am: Art for Wellness at A Permanent Address produced by Jess Pfeffer Holistic Event Planning + Interstitial ATL, powered by lululemon.

Cyanotypes: A Ritual for Letting Go led by Madison Nunes

In this workshop geared for all experience levels, turn the chemical process into a ritual of letting go. Bring an object symbolic of what's weighing on you and capture it with the Cyanotype process. Cyanotypes are not as light-fast as other photographic mediums, making them the perfect objects and visual reminders to channel release as they fade over time. Supplies and guidance will be provided to make a cyanotype from start to finish, but attendees will need to bring their own objects for the contactless prints.

Benefits:

This workshop provides an outlet for folks to play with temporality and move away from the idea that there is one perfect way to create! The slightly unpredictable process of working with contact prints leaves room for whimsy, joy, and release.

My thing is yoga because it became something that I read about, learned about, practice(d) often, and continue to dive into. And if you’ve been to any of my classes or experiences you’ll know that I stress the importance of yoga not just on the mat(meditation, breathwork, asana) but off the mat.

It may not be yoga, it may be tai chi, lacrosse, singing, writing, car racing, or ART! It’s a practice of something that isn’t for money, that isn’t because your mom told you to do it, it’s not because you do it easily, it’s not because you “should” do it, but it’s because somewhere deep inside of you, you know you need as an outlet to support your mental, physical, or spiritual health.

What’s your thing? And if you can’t think of it, ask someone close to you. They’ll know..(photo is of our frontyard flowers planted by my hubby, this is definitely his thing!)

Jess Approved: "Garnish and Gather helps you nurture your inner chef, enjoy the best seasonal produce, pick the perfect garnish, and make the thyme to gather."

This was my first time getting a meal delivered, stay tuned for the final product! I love how they use fresh ingredients from local farms and give an easy recipe to put it all together.

Plus this bag is super helpful for events and transporting food for picnics etc.

Subscribe to my email list to learn more ways to live a holistic lifestyle and attend approachable wellness experiences. Garnish & Gather was one of our sponsors for Serviceberry Feast and each guest received a free meal.

Exciting news to share! My friend and co-creator of Tuesday Recess, Jessica Lange of Interstitial ATL and I have been gifted the opportunity for a residency with our friend Tione Trice at his curated gallery on the beltline, A Permanent Address(APA) through the end of the year!

“We are exploring the interface of art and wellness”- Jessica Lange

We are super grateful about this partnership where we will continue our Tuesday Recess series and add on more wellness experiences to complement the art exhibits featured in APA.

"A Permanent Address" is a gallery and creative studio whose ethos intricately explores the profound connections between objects, the formation of spaces, and the preservation of our ultimate home: our bodies. This practice transcends conventional design paradigms, viewing individuals not just as inhabitants but as embodiments of space, narrative, movement, sound, and all the mediums in which we manifest. We incorporate wellness activities to deepen our dialogue, strengthening the foundational work of our bodies.

Jess Approved: "We use almost half a century of European skin and sun care expertise to help get you there. With effective formulas based on cutting-edge science, infused with a love for self-care, we accompany you on your journey."

Isdin Photo was recommended by my dermatologist and I put it on every day. Even days that are cloudy or rainy, it's a daily protection from the UV.

I have some sun spots that I am protecting from getting worse plus it is tinted so it provides a little coverage.

Super creamy and soft to the touch!

Jess Approved: "The High Museum of Art is designed to meet audiences at the intersection of culture and community."

As a member of the High I get access to their many events, workshops and exhibits.

It was truly an honor to teach yoga last September there during their Oasis partnership with lululemon.

Membership includes free parking and free tickets to events like Oasis.

For my birthday I treated myself to a collage-making workshop during the Tyler Mitchell: Idyllic Space exhibition.

Jess Approved: "Located in historic Inman Park, our Hurt Street location is a cozy spot for breakfast or lunch, and perfect for a coffee on the go. We aim to create and share the things we crave – quality coffee from our partners at Onyx, fresh salads, seasonal toasts, breakfast burritos, plus pastries and bread baked on site."

What I love most at The Daily is their in-house made gluten-free bread and the amazing staff. It's like my Cheers! It is super close to Dancing Dogs too so a great spot for brekkie or lunch after a yoga sesh.

It is also called Earthing--some people believe that walking barefoot on natural surfaces like grass, soil, or sand helps to balance the body's electrical state, promoting better health and well-being.

We were good, then shoes( which have their benefits too) were created and it took a bit of that "grounding" we need away.

Check out what experiences we have next month, link in bio, there might be an opportunity for you to take off your shoes outside!!
