Hey y’all heyyy... I know it’s been awhile, I shouldn’t have left you without a tight vision to vibe to...However, I want to just leave you with a few words of encouragement on this uneventful Thursday afternoon...

I hope everyone is taking this time for reflection. These are uncharted waters we are in, people are filled with uncertainty and anxiousness and that’s okay as long as you have a plan. In addition to having a “vision” I also am a therapist on the side. 😉

I want to make sure that everyone (my people) are staying productive and have not let go of their vision. There is still time! However, use this time to develop new skills, spend time with your children/family, try new recipes, learn as new language, improve your community and yourself. One of my goals, (when I did my own person vision board) this January was to improve this little town that I have called home for 12 years through events, cultural engagement and sense of community.

This week, in addition to exercising with my kids. 💪🏼 We have cleaned up 13 miles of nature trails in our area. Taking our own bags and gloves with us and discarding everything we see that doesn’t belong. I have taught my children to always leave things better than you found them and that little acts of kindness to people and things go a long way! ❤️ I challenge all my followers to implement an act of service somewhere somehow! 👌🏽

Oh, and I promise when all this is done...VISIONZ and VIBEZ is coming with the ultimate kick back 💃🏽... Stay tuned 😬

It's Christmas Eve and I don't know about you, but I am such a last minute person. Or is that called a procrastinator?? 🤔 Well, either way I got everything done that was on my list but not without a little unnecessary stress.

Another fun fact about me? I am a visual person. I am always making lists, journaling and note taking trying to manage my time and obligations. This is why it was so important for me that I hosted this Vision Board event on Saturday. I wanted to try something new (I have never made a vision board) and share the experience with everyone I could!
