Athens most established rental service- if you need it, we rent it! Owner, Charlie Barron is a graduate of UGA's Terry College of Business. Why rent from us?

He purchased the business from his father, who also is a UGA graduate, in the early 80's. Barron's has been serving Athens, Watkinsville, and the surrounding area for over 45 years. Priding ourselves on "covering it all", Barron's has whatever you need for your event or job that you are doing. We rent everything from champagne glasses to ditch diggers. We are the original "green" industry. Reuse i

We will get it right for you. We maintain and store-- you don't have to. What can you rent? Well-- what do you want? linens, tents, tables, chairs, back hoes, ditch diggers, lifts, scaffolding, glassward, table ware, floor refinishing equipment, carpet cleaners, tile saws, dunking booths, carnival games. You name it-- we rent it! Do we deliver--
Of course we do and if you rent a tent or a stage-- the delivery and set up is free. Do we support the greek system at UGA-- yes, we love to help you with your parties and event

Athens Wedding Professionals, American Rental Association, The Athens Chamber of Commerce and the Oconee Chamber of Commerce. Charlie is a member of the Roatary Club, is on the Board for Mercy Health and Habitat for Humanity. Leslie and Charlie are on the Committee for Young life and attend Athens First Methodist Church and Leslie is a sustainer of the Junior League of Athens and serves on the Salvation Army Womens Auxillary. Planning a tented event? Here are a couple quick tips to make your layout more comfortable and guest-friendly! ⛺

✔️ When figuring out tent size, remember that each 60” round table typically takes up about 100 square feet and seats 8 guests comfortably.

✔️ Don’t forget to leave space for buffet lines, bars, cake tables, and guest flow — crowded layouts can make even a beautiful event feel cramped!

✔️ Extra room for dancing, mingling, and servers moving through the space makes a huge difference in the overall experience.
