We’re so excited to finally share this menu with you for our first Lunch Lab of 2026! We’ve heard from a lot of you, so we think you’ll be as excited about this month’s flavors as we are. Here’s a few highlights we’re really looking forward to:

First, we’ve got a brand new ‘Braciole’ sandwich inspired by the great Italian comfort dish. This saucy sando gets loaded with tomato-braised local beef, an herby lemon-miso gremolata, and a generous dusting of toasted parmesan breadcrumbs on our pillowy sesame seed focaccia.

Next, we’ve got the return of our Lemon-Tahini Chicken, but this time we’re doubling down on the Mediterranean flavors with the addition of feta cheese and a cucumber & pickled onion salad.

Finally, since it’s been one whole year since the start of Lunch Lab, we’re celebrating our birthday with some incredible Brownie Batter Confetti Cookies. These double-chocolate sweet treats get coated in colorful rainbow sprinkles before hitting the oven for some cosmic nostalgia! This is in addition to those Chocolate Chunk & GF/Vegan Chai Molasses Cookies, so don’t you worry; those aren’t going anywhere soon.

The Mantis Effect has teamed up with us to bring you a one of a kind experience! Embark on a journey between appetite and art as you enjoy fall's best flavors while learning to paint a fallscape masterpiece. We have prepared the attached menu to celebrate autumn and all of its allure 😉

All painting supplies are provided! A 50% deposit is required when registering to cover food costs. The remaining balance is due before class with a portion of each seat sold going to Echoing Hills of Southeast Ohio.
Seats are $60 per person and class begins at 6:30pm on November 12th!

It's been over a week, but the energy and fun from our mystery dinner are still on my mind! Thank you all so much for coming and making the evening absolutely electric. Your commitment to character and wild theories were the real stars of the show!

Such a fun night bringing this idea to life together!
Huge thanks to The Mantis Effect and 13 Event Center for making the Murder Mystery Dinner an unforgettable experience.
We loved getting to pair every twist in the plot with something delicious on the plate!

What a night! We had an incredible time catering for the Levy family in celebration of their generous donation. Huge thanks to Ohio University and The Janie Mac for letting us be part of it. Great people, great energy and we’d love to do it again soon!
