The flowers have been thriving with all this beautiful weather! 🌸 I forgot to get a video of the dahlias, but they’re growing amazingly too. I planted so many different varieties this year, and I can’t wait to see all the blooms start showing their colors. Wishing everyone a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! 🇺🇸☀️

Life has been busy the past 3 weeks between FFA, Tennis, a week at Spokane Junior Livestock Show, and showing and selling animals at MFJS. Through all of this I got to spend time with family and friends which fills my cup!

But I finally got to do what you’ve all been waiting for… 🌱🌸

The flowers are officially planted! I can’t wait to see everything blooming this summer ☀️

Happy Monday! 🌱

I spent the weekend doing something that fills my cup—not only being in the barn, but also in my garden. With my dad’s help, we got the soil tilled and ready, and I’m so excited to start planting bulbs and seeds soon.

Grateful for the time spent, the memories made, and the fresh start to a new week 💚

You might be wondering… what’s my favorite flower? 🌸

Honestly, I can’t pick just one—it’s a tie between zinnias and dahlias 💐

I love zinnias because they come in so many different colors and sizes. The best part? You never really know what color you’re going to get until they bloom, which makes them fun.

And dahlias… I mean, how could I not love them? They bloom so big, full, and absolutely stunning—they always make a statement 🩷🌸

Like a flower, we all start as just a seed. 🌱 It takes time, patience, and a whole lot of hard work to grow into something pretty. 🌸

When I first started with my livestock, I was just beginning and had no clue what I was doing. But along the way, I’ve been lucky to learn from so many amazing people—mentors, breeders, and supporters—who have helped me grow not only as a showman, but as a person.

Reminder that growth doesn’t happen overnight. We’re all still growing, still learning, still becoming. You have to push yourself to bloom, even when it’s uncomfortable—because that’s where the real growth happens. 🌼

It’s been a long week, so I’m glad I get to be in the barn with new baby lambs.🐑

My dahlias arrived in the mail this week, and I can’t wait to get them started. New blooms and sweet little lambs… feels like the perfect combination this weekend 🌷✨
