Levity Improv: Lighten Your Heart Lighten Your Heart The Improv Group “Levity,” is performing Saturday, August 18, at 7 pm at Grizzly Peak Winery. Tickets are $8 per person.

The performance is outside under the oaks with a no host wine bar and gourmet food truck available. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets.

“The name “levity” came from vintage 20’s ads for Lithia Water saying: “Lithia Water is for Levity,” which meant that the water made people happy,” says Lyda Woods, the producer of this event. The performers include Jimmy Dix, Jeffrey Hayes, and Mig Windows, a

ll SOU Theater majors, and Christopher Horton, Cynthia Rogan, Simone Stewart, who’ve worked with ACT and other local theaters, and Lyda Woods, who runs the Gumshoe Gourmet, a murder mystery entertainment company that has created fundraisers and parties for the Ashland New Plays Festival, the American Cancer Society, the Ashland Springs Hotel, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Oregon, Hearts & Vines, Harry & David, and many other local organizations.

After trial and error, and frequent updates, I now have created the premiere poster hanging list for Ashland, after hanging them repeatedly for Britt. I've learned a lot. I probably should start a side business doing this.
