VENDORS NEEDED FOR A MOCK WEDDING!

Grace Weddings Co. is officially putting together a late-fall/early-winter mock wedding, and I’m looking for a few more amazing vendors who would love to be part of it!

I’m so excited to share that we already have our venue + florist secured! 🌿🍷

The vision is an elegant, romantic fall-inspired wedding featuring merlot, moss, ivory, and rich seasonal tones—with lots of beautiful details and a true wedding-day feel.

Location:Asheville NC
Date: TBD Nov 15th or Nov 22nd

I’m currently looking for vendors such as:

•Photographer
•Videographer
•Hair & Makeup
•Cake/Dessert
•Bridal Boutique / Dress
•Tux/Suit
•Officiant
•Decor & Rentals
•Bride and groom
•Any other wedding vendors who would love to collaborate!

This will be a styled/mock wedding designed to create beautiful content, showcase local wedding professionals, and give vendors the opportunity to network and work together.

I’m hoping to build a team of vendors who are excited to bring this vision to life! 🤍

We’re planning a romantic late fall/early winter wedding setup featuring deep merlot, moss green, and warm neutral tones. Think cozy, elegant, timeless, and completely wedding-day inspired. 🍂🤍

We’re looking for a venue that would be interested in collaborating with us by allowing us to bring this mock wedding vision to life in your space.

From the beautiful details to the happy tears, the laughter, the dancing, and ALL the bubbles… this day was filled with so much love and joy.

Venue Coordinator V.S. Day of Coordinator 🤍

“Our venue comes with a coordinator, so we don't need a Day-Of Coordinator... right?"

This is one of the biggest myths in event planning! While both are amazing to have on your team, their jobs are vastly different:

💍Venue Coordinator
Works for: The venue
Focus: The building, venue staff, and in-house amenities (tables, chairs, catering)
Key Job: Ensures the venue’s rules are followed, lights/AC work, and doors open on time.
Bottom line: They care about the location, not your full timeline.

✨ Day-Of / Event Coordinator
Works for: YOU!
Focus: Your vision, vendors, timeline, and personal stress-free experience.
Key Job: Manages all outside vendors, keeps the timeline running, runs the rehearsal, queues the bridal party, and solves behind-the-scenes hiccups so you can enjoy your day.
Bottom line: They represent your best interests from start to finish.
