Lucea Elaine was inspired by my grandmother's life. She inspired me to have conversations, take time for ourselves, and enjoy present moments while upholding the importance of building and taking care of the community around us.

You’ll find us practicing mindfulness, having potlucks, journaling, celebrating, while building community.

I hope you’ll take a chance to come visit one of the hosted events whether in person in the Upstate SC area or on the interwebs.

It was a beautiful day today, but no worries if you missed the first journaling event. I look forward to hosting another one in two weeks.
