We want to thank everyone who came out to The Joint Next Door last night. We had a great time and hope you did too. It still amazes us to see such large and enthusiastic crowds on a Tuesday night. We also had fun trying out a few new songs which seemed to be well-received. Thanks again to Howie Neal for his inspired bass playing. See you next week. Here is an older piece that we just discovered. Nice article about The Joint Next Door. The author is talking about a Tuesday, a crowded parking lot, and clearly references The Lads' set list. Our only quibble was the author's stated desire for classic rock played by "dads". Other than that, I think the article perfectly captures some of the reasons The Lads love their Tuesday night residency at The Joint Next Door. The Lads are at The Joint Next Door every Tuesday evening beginning at 6:00.
