If I have any friends who experienced trauma or abuse at any time in their life, and may struggle with feeling confident, capable, or at peace because of that.. anyone who may experience anxiety or overstimulation a lot.. or might just feel a little less ‘healthy’ than they’d like to overall.. and wouldn’t mind filling out a quick 2-3 minute anonymous survey, i would greatly appreciate it!!
