Dear Kielen and Mersey Games,
I have now resorted to trying to contact you on Facebook. I booked a hen do with MerseyGames for back in March which was unfortunately, but understandably, cancelled by yourselves due to Coronavirus. I spoke to you a few days afterwards on the phone and you promised to ring me in the next 2 weeks. I have got copies of the 8 emails sent and absolutely countless calls made (mobile and office) and messages left but nobody has ever got back to me. As I said to you on the phone, I completely sympathise with businesses such as yourselves and many of our group are in that situation as small business owners but it is simply not allowed to take over hundreds of pounds without the guarantee of rebooking, offering a refund or even returning a phone call. You currently have approximately £700 of our money.
Absolutely brilliant afternoon for my hen do! We had ‘new’ Tom and he was fab! Would highly recommend this to anyone for a good laugh and something different to do :)
Huge shout out to Sal for making SophieGriffin's hen fantastic this afternoon! Not feeling great herself but still made us all feel at ease, a fun and chilled host. Brilliant range of hilarious games for a class hen event! 😘

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Darrell. We had such fun on Saturday during Emily's hen party. He looked after us all so well Good job.
