Teena is a seasoned HR professional with 14+ years of experience across industries, from manufacturing to nonprofit. She currently serves as the North American HR Business Partner at Lenovo, where she blends strategic thinking, people advocacy, and relationship-building to elevate workplace culture.

A passionate champion for women’s leadership development and STEM education among youth, Teena brings both heart and horsepower to everything she does. She’s been a dedicated ATHENA volunteer since 2021 and has served as our Event Coordinator for the past two years, where she played a key role in executing the ATHENA Leadership Awards Luncheon, Women’s Leadership Conference, and the 2025 Girls STEM Conference at Meredith College.

As she steps into her new role on the board, Teena is excited to continue helping ATHENA of the Triangle grow. Teena believes every woman deserves to be inspired and empowered to reach her full potential. We are thrilled to have her leadership on our board! 👏👏👏

ATHENA of the Triangle hosted its inaugural Athena in STEM Girls Conference last Friday! Over 240 girls from high schools all over the triangle met at Meredith College for a full day of sessions focused on STEM, Wellness, & Leadership. Events De Jenee was on campus to coordinate a day of success!

To every presenter, volunteer, teacher, chaperone, and Meredith staff member, that helped make this day successful, THANK YOU! We couldn't have done this without you!

Special thank you to Walker for providing the opportunity to partner, plan, & execute the event! We are truly blessed to have crossed paths with the entire AoT Board!
