Welcome home š
Adding elements to bouts, like these mini pine cones, is a great way to incorporate something unique & special. This couple lives in Southern Pines, NC. Pine cones are a big part of the town! For New Years, they have a Pine Cone Drop. When they wanted to add a bit of what they loveā¦naturally we said yes!! Love how these turned out.
Itās a wedding weekend and Iām in love with the Playa Blanca, White Majolika, Rubicon Dark Red, and Hearts Dark roses together.
Ten years.
Ten years of seeing my daughter as a wife. Ten years of having an incredible son. Canāt imagine life without them both. Happy Anniversary!!!
Hello Fall!
Youāve probably noticed not many weddings have happened this year. Itās all good! Some really great transitions have been taking place so thatās been my focus (living in-between Raleigh & Boone). We do have a couple of weddings to wrap up 2023, but for now, Iām enjoying opportunities to create smalls for friends & clients. Coming for 2024? Weddings Iāve booked for both Boone & Raleigh! But definitely focusing more of High Country events. Donāt worry - still want to hear from ALL the brides interested in our floral services š§”
When a client asks for pops of fresh florals around the houseā¦.
All the Fall feels at
As florists, we love working with cut flowers AND getting our hands in the soil. Appreciating everything God creates.
Itās all in the details, but keeping it simple is still so elegant.
Did you know we also do florals for conferences or corporate events?
Home is where the heart is.
āFallā in love with autumn inspiration.
We welcome all the colors of Autumn.
During the floral consultation, we first talk about the bridal bouquet and her bridal party bouquets. Thereās clear vision and a full Pinterest board created. Next we talk about bouts. About 90% of the time I get a āhavenāt thought about that or Iām not sureā. Of course, itās totally fine, but donāt forget about your man & his party. Typically the Grooms bout compliments the bridal bouquet. The Groomsmen bouts can be different or the same. Weāve even added trinkets, shotgun shells, dried florals, mini pinecones, and seashells to bouts. Unlimited options. Itās also very sweet when the Bride asks her Groom what heād like to have š Everyone deserves to have a floral element in the wedding party.
Itās Fri-yay. First we drink the coffee then we do the things.
We are blessed. Blessed because we have had the BEST clients. Blessed because God gifted us with a passion and desire to serve in this industry. Designing is just a part of the process, but establishing trust and the relational side of what we do matters most. Thankful for every opportunity we are given to meet new people and to share our love for what we do. For our new clients, I hope you know how grateful we are that you chose us to be a part of your story. Your vision matters to us and so do you. And we are excited to bring your vision to life!
Cheers!
~ Cindy
Bridal bouquets are magic. Made with love, presented with care, and admired by all.
As a wedding florist, itās an honor to provide the aesthetic portion of the day. If I had to choose what my favorite part is, itās either presenting the bridal bouquet or doing the ceremony florals. Any chance to add freshness to the backdrop is where youāll find me. The large door at is a wow factor. Fresh greens were the perfect addition to compliment the historic brick walls (we also added fresh greens on the brick walls throughout space).

For everyone out there planning, coordinating, doing, preparing, stoked beyond all reason or at your wits end ā¦.sending hugs. Planning a wedding or any scale of event is fun but stressful. Youāve got this & I believe in you. Cheers!
Entertaining outdoors should always include fresh florals. Itās only natural.
Location: private event at a historical home in Southern Pines, NC.
Summer weddings š
Note: from when I was a florist in SoCal. Floral crowns or floral combs are still one of my favorite ways to add a special touch for the flower girls.
It blows my mind that kids are back in school. Autumn will be here before we know it, then šŖpoof! Holidays are here. Thanksgiving is 15 weeks away (donāt worry - we are soaking in all the summer we can get). But we all know how time flies. I do often think about the holidays because that means family time, setting the table for all to enjoy delicious food & conversation, fall colors, cooler temps, and comfy layered clothes. I love it. Couldnāt help but post a centerpiece I created for my grandmas 90th birthday celebration last October and all these thoughts came rushing through. Thankful for summer but ready for the next season to come. Cheers, friends!
This past weekend we celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Love, connection, and family. Nothing is sweeter than that.
Donāt forget other focal points when planning your reception. When thereās a few areas for guests to enjoy, indoor or outdoor, create a cohesive feel with florals throughout.
An oldie but goodie (a couple years back). I love seeing the trend of wearing flowers. If youāre looking to add florals to your hair (this is a hair comb) let us know! Creativity has no limits.
Cindy here and I felt like sharingā¦If anyone is feeling tired, overwhelmed, discouraged, or uncertainā¦remember this. You are stronger, wiser, worthy, and a fighter. Donāt give up. Rest, if you have to. Cry, if itās too much. Breathe, if youāre holding it all in. But keep going. Youāve got this!
DISCLAIMER: I cannot take credit for these beautiful & colorful displays, but if youāre loving this just as much as I am (colorful or monochromatic, modern, farmhouse or boho), Iād love to connect! Whether a backdrop for your ceremony, sweetheart table, hanging from chandeliers, or photo-op spot? Hanging flowers & installations are magical in any space & form.
Weāve done quite a few floral installations. While they are more work, they are more fun and create a whimsical atmosphere.

Delivered some birthday sunshine on this hot & muggy day.
Colored bouquets not only brighten the bridal gown but they also brighten the day.
Starting this Friday off by spreading some sunshine. Been having a series of storms rolling through this week so flowers are a great way to brighten the gloom. Happy Friday!
From Anchored Floral. Stay cool out there š
Everything deserves a pop of color.
I know. Itās not even summer yet and Iām posting fall colors but thatās the reality of the florist world. Always planning florals for months & seasons ahead.
These are a throw back from a wedding we did up in Lansing, NC at Old Orchard Creek Farm. Suspended florals with candlelight were the perfect accent to the old barn walls & rafters.
Are you considering suspended florals for your reception? If so, we would love to connect and bring your vision to life!
Another note: while we are based in Raleigh, our heart is also in the highlands! Always open to scheduling those beautiful mountain weddings ā°ļø
Elegant + Whimsy = Perfection
A good ole beach wedding and a ring-pup are šš»šš»Happy 6th anniversary, Andrea & Andrew!
Eight years ago these whimsical petals made their debut. To see memories pop up, especially weddings I did in Southern California, brings smiles to my soul.
Still going strong! Whenever Iām asked what my favorite flower is, itās always a toss up, but Alstroemeria is up there. They come in all shades and have several different variations. I love them because the last forever!!! These are 1.5 weeks old and should last for a while longer. They are a staple in my home & in our wedding floral designs & seasonal bouquet bundles. If youāre looking for blooms that last, youāll find these at every floral station & supermarket. Strip off any leaves (never have foliage in the water - they rot & spoil the water) and trim the stems. Enjoy for days!!!
Pretty in pink.
