Happy 5th Anniversary & Seth!!!
Come visit in West Jefferson, NC at When I’m not designing with fresh wedding florals, I’m designing with silks! My hubby & I have a space at The Marketplace, along with 40 other amazing vendors selling art, pottery, home decor, candles, handcrafted furniture, soaps, clothing, jewelry & more!! We love this space and we’d love your follow & visit.
Restock today of our little floral bundles. I personally create each one and they are all different. $5.00 each. Decided to sprinkle in some rustic & autumn colors this round.
Billowy bridesmaids bouquets of babies breathe and the sweet & fragrant sophisticated roses for the bride were the perfect touch for Thursday’s mountain wedding.
Venue: Appalachian View
I know the pocket bout is hot right now, but I’m such a sucker for the classic style.
Spring is in the air at the for the CAPTRUST symposium today. Always thankful to partner with them for their annual events. And thankful they asked for pops of Spring color to get us out of the winter blues. If pics could only be scratch-n-sniff.
Venue: Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley
Florist: Anchored Floral
Floral supplier: Mayesh Raleigh
Hi!
My name is Cindy and Anchored Floral is my little baby. My mom has been by my side since I moved my floral business from southern CA to Raleigh, NC in 2017. We’ve had the best time serving that area and meeting the BEST clients & vendors and working in some of the most beautiful & coolest venues in that area.
However, in September 2023, I moved to the High Country and so did my floral business (& hubby). Don’t worry - I’m still serving Raleigh, just in a limited fashion. I’m beginning to plant my roots here and I’ve booked a couple weddings for 2024. Opening my books for summer & Fall 2024 and 2025!
I’m still only focusing on weddings, corporate events, and special events. I still work full time in Boone so florals continue to be my creative outlet & ministry (I’ve always worked full time & a small business owner at the same time). I work in HR…so clearly I enjoy working with people!
Side note: if you’re a bride, prepare yourself when working with me. I love on you, I pray for you, I help you find ways to make your dollar stretch, and I loooooove to have fun!!!
If that sounds like what you’re looking for, let’s connect!! My business is run from my home studio, but consultations take place over a cup of coffee, a good meal, glass of wine, over the phone, whatever & wherever.
Cheers!
Cindy
Make a wish! Adding florals to different elements around the venue is a fun way to add pops of color & freshness.
Happy Valentine’s Day!!!
Guess what time of year it is!!! It’s our 4th annual bout & corsage making day for the Kings & Queens of Night to Shine hosted by Hope Community Church through the Tim Tebow Foundation
Thank you Hope Community Church Special Needs Ministry for allowing us to honor your special guests again this year 👸🫅✨

Every year we use faux flowers so we can make them in advance and so the guests can take them home for a sweet memory.
Happy New Year!
Realizing it was Thanksgiving the last time I posted, figured I’d let you know I’m still here. Got a nasty head cold that lasted for 6-weeks (over the holidays) and hosted out of town guests. And here it is…Jan 11th already.
Good news is, I’m here. Some news though - I moved to Boone, NC. Surprise! I am still booking weddings in the greater Raleigh area but also embracing new clients & venues in the High Country. Loving it up here! But certainly missing Raleigh.
I wish you all a fabulous 2024! Let me know if you’re looking for a wedding florist. Would love to talk about your amazing vision.
-Cindy
GRATEFUL for our clients & a year full of beauty & wonder.
The cascading bouquet is a classic, especially filled with rich romantic colors.
Congratulations to the Beckers!!

Welcome home 💛
Adding elements to bouts, like these mini pine cones, is a great way to incorporate something unique & special. This couple lives in Southern Pines, NC. Pine cones are a big part of the town! For New Years, they have a Pine Cone Drop. When they wanted to add a bit of what they love…naturally we said yes!! Love how these turned out.
It’s a wedding weekend and I’m in love with the Playa Blanca, White Majolika, Rubicon Dark Red, and Hearts Dark roses together.
Ten years.
Ten years of seeing my daughter as a wife. Ten years of having an incredible son. Can’t imagine life without them both. Happy Anniversary!!!
Hello Fall!
You’ve probably noticed not many weddings have happened this year. It’s all good! Some really great transitions have been taking place so that’s been my focus (living in-between Raleigh & Boone). We do have a couple of weddings to wrap up 2023, but for now, I’m enjoying opportunities to create smalls for friends & clients. Coming for 2024? Weddings I’ve booked for both Boone & Raleigh! But definitely focusing more of High Country events. Don’t worry - still want to hear from ALL the brides interested in our floral services 🧡
When a client asks for pops of fresh florals around the house….
All the Fall feels at
As florists, we love working with cut flowers AND getting our hands in the soil. Appreciating everything God creates.
It’s all in the details, but keeping it simple is still so elegant.
Did you know we also do florals for conferences or corporate events?
Home is where the heart is.
“Fall” in love with autumn inspiration.
We welcome all the colors of Autumn.
During the floral consultation, we first talk about the bridal bouquet and her bridal party bouquets. There’s clear vision and a full Pinterest board created. Next we talk about bouts. About 90% of the time I get a “haven’t thought about that or I’m not sure”. Of course, it’s totally fine, but don’t forget about your man & his party. Typically the Grooms bout compliments the bridal bouquet. The Groomsmen bouts can be different or the same. We’ve even added trinkets, shotgun shells, dried florals, mini pinecones, and seashells to bouts. Unlimited options. It’s also very sweet when the Bride asks her Groom what he’d like to have 😉 Everyone deserves to have a floral element in the wedding party.
It’s Fri-yay. First we drink the coffee then we do the things.
We are blessed. Blessed because we have had the BEST clients. Blessed because God gifted us with a passion and desire to serve in this industry. Designing is just a part of the process, but establishing trust and the relational side of what we do matters most. Thankful for every opportunity we are given to meet new people and to share our love for what we do. For our new clients, I hope you know how grateful we are that you chose us to be a part of your story. Your vision matters to us and so do you. And we are excited to bring your vision to life!
Cheers!
~ Cindy

Thanksgiving centerpieces are coming together. Using faux pumpkins this year, but they are filled with fresh Fall florals + wood flower accents. Giving thanks to God this season that I have these opportunities to design and bless others through these gifts. @anchoredfloral #pumpkincenterpiece #fauxpumpkins #centerpiece #givethanks #thanksgiving #thanksgivingcenterpiece #fallflowers #blessings
Taking a couple of months to catch our breath, soak in some sun, spend time with family and prep for Fall weddings 2022. See y’all soon! 🌴
I love to design with flowers on cake and I love to eat cake designed with flowers. Sounds like a win-win! @anchoredfloral @cannonroomraleigh
@the.lockamy.plantation is the perfect setting for your indoor/outdoor wedding & reception. From their gorgeous farmhouse, their perfectly landscaped acreage, and their impressive barn, the biggest thing that stood out was @holly.lockamy She is one of the most generous hosts I’ve met. This was our first wedding here and we are eager to do more weddings there simply because it’s the entire package of beauty & care. We are so blessed to participate in weddings with some of the best vendors & brides here in NC. This particular wedding was so dreamy. Whites, creams and accenting fresh greens made everything so beautiful. How may we partner with you? @anchoredfloral @the.lockamy.plantation
Gold, greens and candlelight. Perfectly displayed to add elegance & romance. @anchoredfloral @thegrahammill
Going back through our Summer weddings as Fall officially begins tomorrow. While color has been the theme this year, more color to come as we prepare for our Autumn weddings (so giddy about it too).
If I could design trellis florals all day long....I would. There’s something very special knowing that in this very spot, a couple us about to make a commitment of honoring, loving & serving each other for a lifetime. To make a promise to each other in front of loved ones & God. Right here, these flowers will be forever a part of that new chapter of their lives and I think that is something beautiful. Trellis or no trellis, ceremony flowers are a part of amazing history. Today’s trellis design was so much fun to do. I absolutely love the whimsy & romance of it all. Especially the white Verbena. The breeze blowing through it too makes it magical, but that could just be me (it was a muggy & warm NC day so a breeze is always my friend when designing - much more refreshing).
