Always On Time Shuttle Service is a high-end shuttle service throughout Western North Carolina and Northern Georgia. We provide point to point shuttle services for special events in the area as well as airport drop-off and pick-up in Atlanta, Asheville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville. Being a high-end service company (with reasonable pricing), we strive for professionalism in all we do. Our vehicles are equipped with two-screen entertainment systems and satellite internet. Each vehicle seats up to six passengers. Our drivers are of the highest quality, well groomed, and they recognize the importance of superior customer service and professionalism at all times.

Life is like a box of chocolates… you never know what you're gonna get!

Remember that famous line from Forrest Gump?

And that's part of the beauty of traveling through the mountains of Western North Carolina. You never know what wonderful surprises Mother Nature might have waiting around the next bend!

Our driver Denny was bringing a couple home from the airport who are in the process of moving to Robbinsville from Naples, Florida.

They had traveled the famous Tail of the Dragon and were making their way along Highway 28 toward Fontana Dam when suddenly…

A few unexpected locals decided to take over the road! 🐻🐻

And apparently, these locals weren't in any hurry to get where they were going!

The bears took their sweet time, giving everyone a chance to enjoy the moment. Our passengers were thrilled and managed to capture some wonderful pictures to share with their grandchildren.

Denny patiently waited before carefully making his way around them when it was safe.

It's moments like these that remind us why we love living and working in these beautiful mountains.

You can plan the route, schedule the pickup, and know exactly where you're headed. But sometimes Mother Nature has a little surprise of her own!

This was one unexpected stop we were more than happy to make.

What hurricane?

Saturday night's wedding gave a whole new meaning to "rain or shine!"

With Hurricane Isaias passing through the region, you might think the celebration would slow down a little. There was a lot on the line here for the bride and groom.

The lights were glowing, the guests were celebrating, and the wedding was in full swing.

And honestly, there's something pretty special about a wedding tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by trees, with a little stormy weather adding to the atmosphere.

Our Shuttle Service team was happy to be part of the evening, making sure guests felt comfortable and at peace, allowing the bride and groom to enjoy their big day.

Well, this is a different view of Asheville Regional Airport!

One of our drivers snapped this picture during an early morning pickup at AVL.

If you've flown through Asheville lately, you've probably noticed just how much construction is going on. The airport is changing, and so are a few things behind the scenes.

For us, one of those changes is having an assigned parking area now that we're officially permitted to operate at AVL.

It's a small detail, but one we're pretty happy about.

And looking at all that construction in the background, we couldn't help but wonder...

Sometimes you just need to do something different.

Last weekend, I traded shuttle schedules for barbecue.

While Always on Time Shuttle Service was busy providing transportation for guests at the John C. Campbell Folk School Festival, I took a little break from my normal routine and jumped in to help my longtime friends Ann Marie and Gary with Dragon Ass Smoked BBQ.

It had been years since I had worked alongside them, and somehow it felt like no time had passed at all. Just like old times. Lots of work, lots of laughs, and a whole lot of barbecue : )

And the best part? I got to enjoy the festival, spend some time with my daughter, catch up with old friends, and do something completely different for a change.

Sometimes stepping away from what you do every day, even for just a little while, is exactly the change of perspective you need.

Always on Time Shuttle Service is proud to call Andrews, North Carolina, home.

For nearly four years, we’ve been based right here in Andrews, providing private transportation throughout Western North Carolina and North Georgia.

We were members of the Andrews Chamber of Commerce and are current members of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce as part of our commitment to the local business community.

What began right here in Andrews has grown into a successful transportation service serving airports, weddings, special events, and private transportation needs throughout our region.

We’re incredibly grateful for the clients, local businesses, venues, neighbors, and friends who have supported us along the way.

Just look for the red balloon.

Sometimes in the mountains, an address will get you close.

GPS will get you closer.

And sometimes… you just need a red balloon.

We were picking up a new client last week whose home was tucked down one of those mountain roads where directions can get a little interesting. She wanted to make absolutely sure our driver knew where to turn, so she tied a bright red balloon to the reflector at the end of her driveway.

And sure enough—there it was.

No wondering. No driving past the turn. Just look for the red balloon.

We thought it was adorable. And, as it turns out, extremely effective.

50 years of Fall Festival. And year three for us.

This weekend, thousands of people will make their way to the John C. Campbell Folk School for the 50th Annual Fall Festival — and once again, you’ll see a familiar white van making its rounds.

For the third year, Always on Time Shuttle Service will be helping transport festival attendees between the parking areas and the festival entrance throughout the weekend.

No airport runs. No luggage. No long-distance pickups.

Just a whole lot of back-and-forth, smiling faces, fall colors, and probably a few tired feet by the end of the day.

We’re proud to be asked back for another year and to play a small part in an event that has become such a special tradition here in Western North Carolina.

More than 200 limousine companies serve Atlanta’s airport. Only one on the list is based in North Carolina.

And that’s Always on Time Shuttle Service.

We recently announced that we are officially permitted to pick up passengers at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Now, you can find us on ATL’s Ground Transportation website as an authorized limousine carrier.

According to Hartsfield-Jackson:

“Only authorized Ground Transportation permitted limousine companies can pick up clients from the Airport.”

ATL Ground Transportation has confirmed that we are the only North Carolina-based limousine service currently permitted to pick up passengers at the airport.

Getting here took nearly a year of meeting state and airport requirements, securing permits and authorization, and completing the process to access ATL’s designated limousine pickup area.

So when you see one of our vehicles at ATL bringing passengers home to Western North Carolina, we’re supposed to be there.

Authorized. Permitted. Compliant.

When you need transportation from Atlanta Airport to Western North Carolina, choose a service that has done the work to be there legally.

Fall Festival weekend is almost here!

Once again, Always on Time Shuttle Service will be providing transportation for festival attendees at the John C. Campbell Folk School Fall Festival on Saturday, October 3 & Sunday, October 4

Look for our white van as we transport attendees from the parking area to the festival entrance and back to their vehicles throughout the day.

This will be our third year providing transportation for the festival.

It’s a little different from what we normally do, but this is one event we’re always happy to participate in. We love being part of the weekend, working with the John C. Campbell Folk School, and playing a small part in welcoming thousands of visitors to this year’s 50th Annual Fall Festival.

Thank you to the John C. Campbell Folk School for once again choosing Always on Time Shuttle Service for your festival transportation needs.

Another mountain wedding in the books.

This one took us to Lakeview Knoll at Running Cedar Springs in Tuckasegee.

Two drivers. Two vehicles. Our passenger Van and the Lincoln

When it comes to wedding transportation, the goal is pretty simple: make sure everyone gets where they need to be, when they need to be there.

While the wedding party and guests enjoyed the evening, we handled the driving.

And we have to say… Western North Carolina makes for a pretty incredible wedding backdrop.

Congratulations to the newlyweds, and thank you for trusting Always on Time Shuttle Service to be a small part of such a big day.
