SALTY SOUNDS Floating Experience is a new offering for a memorable ceremony of Sacred Sound in communion with Nature.

If you’ve been feeling on edge, overwhelmed by anxiety, tension, or the worries of everyday life, this is your calling for a meaningful pause, a reset, and a gift to yourself for deep connection and restoration.

We’ll begin with a welcome circle to set intentions and connect in community, then move into a gentle somatic practice to awaken your conscious breath, activate the body, and open your whole being to receive sound in a deeper way.

From there, you’ll be guided to your air mattress to float gently over the waters of the pool in a dreamy outdoor setting, while Lua and Kirissa lead a 60 minute sound bath with healing instruments and vocal harmonies to soothe the mind and enchant the soul.

Floating supports decompression, joy, and lightness, with water as a powerful carrier of frequencies.

We’ll finish with a closing circle around the fire to integrate and ground.

Embrace nature, reset your nervous system, and come back home to yourself.

How to prepare:
Bring a spill proof water bottle
Bring a blanket or yoga mat for the opening somatic circle
Wear comfy clothes
Bug repellent recommended

Limited ground spot tickets around the pool available.

Soft hearts, big magic, women in a room together. What more could we ask for?

Rebecca, who leads the monthly Women’s Circle at Center Street, shares why she first came to women’s circle: to be in community with women, to remember the power of an open heart, and to feel the kind of support that reminds us we are not alone.

Women’s Circle is a place to be heard, seen, held, and maybe even surprised by how quickly strangers can start to feel like sisters.

Come gather in the magic with us.

Rebecca leads Women’s Circle the first Wednesday evening of every month. Join us through the link in our bio💙

Enter the Temple of Sound.

Join us for an evening of cacao, conscious breathing, meditation, and sound.

Sound has a way of bringing us back to the present moment. The beat of a drum. The breath in the body. The voice. The flute. The vibration that moves through the room and reminds us that everything is alive, moving, and speaking in its own way.

We’ll begin in circle with names and intentions, then share a cup of homemade cacao sourced from Bhavana Cacao, a small family business in Northern Nicaragua.

From there, Dustin Borlack and Sacha Foxx will guide you into meditation, light breathwork, and a sound journey with singing bowls, frame drums, flutes, voice, didgeridoo, and more.

No experience needed.
No expectations needed.

Just bring yourself, something cozy to rest on, a mug for cacao, water, and a journal.

Come listen.
Come soften.
Come remember the sound beneath the noise.

For the minds that struggle to sit still.

Shake, Release, Awaken is an active somatic meditation inspired by the teachings of Osho, created for modern bodies with modern restlessness.

Instead of beginning in silence, this practice begins with movement, breath, sound, and release.

We shake.
We breathe.
We move what has been held.
We let the body speak first.

Then, stillness has somewhere to land.

This guided journey includes grounding yoga asana, dynamic meditation, emotional and physical expression, moments of deep witnessing, integration dance, savasana, and a short closing circle.

Each phase can be modified.
You are welcome to do as much or as little as feels right in your body.

Bring a yoga mat, cushion or pillow, water, journal, pen, and a small snack for after practice.

Come move through the noise.
Come meet the quiet underneath.

Maybe meditation has never felt like your thing.

Maybe your mind moves too fast.
Maybe sitting still feels impossible.
Maybe you’ve tried before and thought, “Nope. Not for me.”

Finding Your Frog is a monthly gathering for those who want to build inner steadiness in a world that keeps changing.

Each session begins with an honest, interactive conversation about real life things like mental overload, emotional reactivity, chronic pain, loneliness, and compassion fatigue. From there, you’ll be guided into a meditation practice that supports connection, presence, and self regulation.

No need to be “good” at meditation.
No need to have it all figured out.

Just bring an open mind, an open heart, and maybe someone you love.

Come kiss a frog.
It might be the one.

Next week, step through the open door.

This gathering is part of Center Street’s Open Door Series, created to make workshops and community experiences more accessible, regardless of financial circumstance.

This time, we enter through sound.

Join B. H. Paulson for a 3D sound experience designed to surround the body, quiet the mind, and open the senses.

Layers of immersive sound, spatial composition, and mind altering tones come together for a journey that feels both expansive and deeply restful.

A little strange.
A little stunning.
A doorway made of vibration.

Come listen with your whole body.

With so much information coming into us, journaling allows us to balance the input by saying something about it. We can reject, notice, be wild, and develop our voice. Journaling can be a satisfyingly subversive act. In this class, we will explore a variety of techniques, including gratitude, insight tracking, and daily logbook practices.

What is a hundred-day project? It is a practice of showing up for yourself in a small way each day for one hundred days. Never miss twice. We will do this together.

Led by Center Street's owner, poet & writer, Summer Rodman.
