Spice grinding day. Onion peels, garlic peels, rosemary, dried hatch chiles, which induced 🤧 sneezing , chipotle chiles, and sage. I created my new signature "All Seasoned" salt, comprising 10 distinct spices, as well as a rosemary citrus garlic salt. It was a productive day in the kitchen. 🍋
