The Dudo Family | Winter Family Session – 1000 Islands, NY

The Dudo family embraced the cold winter air to capture these precious moments together. ❄️
Megan is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and has been a supporter of my work since we first met at Riveredge in 2022. Now every time I see her at Boldt Castle she greets me like an old friend meeting her family for this session felt completely full-circle.

As 2025 comes to a close, I’m sitting here overwhelmed with gratitude.
This year took me all across Northern New York from quiet waterfront vows in the Thousand Islands to crisp fall family sessions and so many beautiful “just engaged” moments. Every story I was trusted to document was different, and every one mattered.
To my wedding couples, families, seniors, mamas, and everyone who stood in front of my camera this year thank you for believing in my work and inviting me into such meaningful moments of your lives.
Running Butterfly Photography NNY isn’t just a job for me… it’s my passion, my creative outlet, and my way of serving this incredible community. Because of you, I get to wake up excited to create.
Here’s to everything we captured in 2025 and all the memories still waiting to be made in 2026. I can’t wait to see what the new year brings. 💛

I’m so excited to finally share my new website with you! I would absolutely love for you to check it out and let me know what you think your feedback truly means the world to me.

I also want to share a little behind the scenes moment. Some of you may know I’ve been considering a business name change for a while. After a lot of thought (and many ideas that just didn’t feel right), I realized there isn’t a name that represents me, my heart, and my brand better than ButterflyPhotographyNNY. So… it’s staying. 🦋

This brand has grown alongside me, and I’m so proud of the stories I get to tell through it especially here in Northern NY and the Thousand Islands.
