Are you needing an event catered and looking for a unique private dining experience? Chef Nik is available to serve you!

Nik has accepted a Chef De Cuisine position at a highly anticipated restaurant opening soon. Due to a construction delay the projected opening date and his start date has been pushed back to mid June. With his schedule open he is looking to book a few private events as an income supplement while in between jobs. He has 15+ years of culinary experience including The Lonesome Dove and Rough Creek Lodge. He will curate a menu specifically for your wants/needs and give your guests a culinary experience they won’t forget! Prices will vary based on number of guests and the cost of ingredients. Hi everyone! I will be doing scratch BBQ pulled pork with mustard and chive potato salad, fresh hand cut slaw, and thick cut bacon brown sugar baked beans this week!! They will serve between 2-4 depending on how hungry you are! I will post again when it’s available with some pictures! I hope everyone is doing amazing and I hope to hear from y’all soon! Thanks!

Haven’t posted in a while! But I have been busy planning and working and perfecting! I still have some openings for February! But in the mean time I have made some lasagnas for easy throw in the dinner meals! They are all made with my signature marinara, lean ground beef, creamy herb ricotta, and layered with with fresh mozzarella! I have 3 different sizes for sale and then they are gone they are gone till next time! I have 4 that will feed 1-2 people for $15, and 3 that will feed 6-10 for $35! If this goes over well I will continue to make things like lasagna, enchiladas, maybe some scratch casseroles! Let me know if you’d like to purchase them! I can deliver locally or they are available for pick up! Also if you have any suggestions for what you’d like to have/see as an option for premade meals! Thank you so much and I appreciate all of the support and this has been such a blessing to be able to do!

The past few weeks have been so much fun and I’ve really enjoyed meeting new people and learning about them while making them a outstanding meal. These are just a few pictures from some recent dinners and parties I’ve done and I’m so excited to do more! Need a last minute Christmas gift for a family or friends?
