We at Cocca Hotels want to thank and wish everyone a Happy, Healthy, and most important a safe 2021 We believe we’ll start to see some improvement this new year (probably Sept/Oct) but normalcy we’ll never be the same. The “new norm” will be something we’ll all welcome and deal with as long as we feel safe about traveling and staying in hotels again. Hopefully at a 100 years later we will have the “Roaring 20’s” return again.

The new furniture for our Pettit rooms has just arrived. Watch for our Decemeber special celebrating our 50th anniversary.
We've completed our refreshing program and now it's time to get rid of what we have left. We've donated most of it but anyone interested in some 25" tube TV's (with jacks for games), lamps, nite stands, beds (not bad) and a few sofa's etc. are welcome to them. Not bad stuff for a camp or someone in need.

Well it looks like the news got out quicker than anticipated. For those who haven't heard yet, La Quinta Inn & Suites and Travelodge Inn & Suites in Latham have been sold. I want to thank all my friends, all our guest and vendors for all your support during our time at these hotels. We made a lot of friends & contacts over the 34 years we were there. I appreciate all the relationships we have created and look forward to just concentrating on our Wolf Road locations for now.

The LaQuinta Inn and Suites and Travelodge were bought by a hotel owner in Holyoke, Massachusetts
Just when we thought it was going good and hearing many good reviews I have to announce that with great sorrow Portofino's Ristorante has closed it's doors at the Latham Circle Travelodge Inn & Suites.
We wish them well and anyone with gift cards or certificates can redeem them at Home Style in Schenectady for food or a full refund.
My belief always is, "when a door closes another one will open". They & I thank you for your patronage.
Frank J Cocca Sr.....our founder and father. He would have been 100 years old today (1/1/1914)....Thank you for our start!
