Had the best time with these two around Prospect Heights last night. We hit up the park, a really fun bookstore, the BEST beer / vinyl bar and a pizza joint for a slice. Also found out they love Twilight and Taylor so we are all basically BFF now. 🫶

The photos came out *amazing*, can't wait to blog this one!

Had the best time documenting this gorgeous Wedding in the Finger Lakes on Saturday. The venue was so much fun, right on the lake, the florist turned coordinator was INCREDIBLE, ended the evening with fireworks and my Couple enjoyed the hell out of their celebration with their closest friends and family.

Another incredible Wedding Day, this time in the Hudson Valley at a gorgeous cidery. The Bride made her bouquet, all of the floral arrangements, cut and hand died all of the ribbons in the reception space and pretty much planned out every single detail of this incredible day.

The weather decided the Ceremony should be moved up so we all rushed out to the Ceremony location in the orchard and had the quickest, most fun Wedding Ceremony ever while lightning cracked in the distance and the winds picked up. Everyone headed inside quickly and the downpour started immediately. PERFECT TIMING. This day is proof that if you go with the flow, things might not go according to plan but it can still be perfect. Also, storms always gift you with a rainbow!

This Couple danced the night away with their family and friends and it was an incredible night.

It's hard to put this in day in words because I've never experienced any Wedding quite like it. These Grooms did EVERYTHING they wanted and executed it with ease. D planned the entire Wedding and it was the most thoughtful, considerate and exceptional experience I've ever had in my 13 years of Wedding Photography.

From the home baked desserts that N baked days leading up to the Wedding to the lounge area with games, puzzles, a tattoo station and a bar with a signature drink in honor of their fur baby, Reggie. The bougiest w**d bar I've ever seen in my life. Drag Artists who performed the most incredible routines that blew me away. It was a day drenched in emotions, Q***r & Trans joy, and POLITICAL AF. It wasn't political in a bad way, it was done quietly and then loudly and it was honestly so refreshing. There was consent for every aspect as well. Don't want the Drag Artists to touch you? - There's a bracelet for that. They truly considered everyone and everything. That is love.

When the Wedding Court made their way down the aisle with their Q***r messages on the fans I had chills the entire ten minutes. It was the single most important moment I've ever seen as a Q***r Wedding Photographer. And I think all of us who were there simply needed this.

N + D have such an amazing group of friends and family rallying around them supporting them and it was such a beautiful thing to see. So much love, respect and again Q***r Joy.

This day was beautiful, creative and healing. I left not exhausted but my heart full. To see what is possible for Q***r / Trans / Gay Weddings. This Wedding Day should be a template for every Q***r Couple planning a Wedding. 100/10 no notes.

Last night's Wedding was so much fun. This Couple rode the rollercoaster of Wedding Day emotions with ease and I am pretty sure they had a blast.

They chose to have cocktail hour before their ceremony but Mother Nature had other plans so we rushed everyone to the ceremony, had a quick less than 10 minute ceremony right before the storm started. It was a whirlwind to say the least, but IT WAS PERFECT at the same time.

This Couple did all of the decor themselves and it was STUNNING. Even all of the flowers including this amazing bouquet.

Yesterday was the best day I have ever had the pleasure of Photographing. It is hard to come up with the right words to convey how special it was. These two put so much thought and care into their day, considered every single guest and it was just pure Q***r joy.

I'll post more tomorrow because I'm heading off to another Wedding.
