If you know me, you know my dream is to have a small vegan farm. When I stumbled upon a Facebook post looking for a Photographer for a vegan dinner at a small vegan farm, I thought well this sounds like the perfect job for me. So I took a little drive down to Gardiner, NY (near New Paltz) and documented the evening for the Farm's owners Frances & Eric and Chef Tracy. They had a salsa instructor giving a dance lesson and a Cuban inspired Vegan dinner for the guests. It was beautiful, delicious and such a wonderful experience. And the farm was what dreams are made of... my dreams anyway. A very inspiring evening. Here's a few of my favorite sneak peeks.
