250 years of America. A quarter of a millennium, and we get to celebrate it right here in the Wiregrass.
We’ve loved watching all the 4th of July events come together on Merritty these past few weeks. Cookouts, get-togethers, neighborhood celebrations. Seeing our community plan big for America’s 250th has been the best part of the summer so far.
Backyard cookouts, kids running around with sparklers, fireworks lighting up the neighborhood. Some things never change, and that’s exactly how we like it.
If today’s celebration has you thinking about the next one, post what you need on Merritty and local vendors come to you with bids. Caterers, lawn care, signs, cleanup after the crowd leaves. All local, all right here at home.
America turns 250 once. Enjoy every minute of it with your people.
