HERE IS A LIST OF MY FEES BEING THAT MOST PEOPLE DON’T CONTACT ME ON THE BUSINESS PAGES (or are aware of it) OR THE BUSINESS CONTACT NUMBER. All items below will be added to our website that’s in progress and you will have to visit there for prices, consults, and etc.

EVENT DECORATING:

Birthday setups events ONLY is $1000 and up (this doesn't include rental of tables, chairs, and etc)

Special Events $2500 and up

Wedding and Receptions $5000 and up

EQUIPMENT RENTAL:

11 (60 inch round tables) $15

2 (48 inch round tables) $15

9 (6 foot rectangular tables) $10

100 (metal folding chairs) $1.50 each. Additional chairs can be rented.

DELIVERY FEE: $25 and up

MIDCOASTAL SPECIAL EVENTS RENTAL:

Rental made 45 days of an event requires full payment at time of rental contract.

Total Rental Fee:

1hr-$200 ($175 additional cleaning deposit due upfront to reserve the building. $175+$200=$375 non-refundable for both)

2hrs-$250 ($175 additional cleaning deposit due upfront to reserve the building. $175+$250=$425 non-refundable for both)

3hrs-$325 ($175 additional cleaning deposit due upfront to reserve the building. $175+$325=$500 non-refundable for both)

4hrs-$500 ($175 additional cleaning deposit due upfront to reserve the building. $175+$500=$675 non-refundable for both)

Full Day (8hrs)-$600 ($175 additional cleaning deposit due upfront to reserve the building. $175+$600=$775 non-refundable for both)

🚨DECORATING TIMES: 8 hours IS ALLOWED the day before…any additional times will be an additional charge.🚨

BUILDING CAPACITY IS: 300 Guest

If alcohol is served you will hire your own licensed bartender and licensed security guard or officer at your own expense. Event insurance is at your own expense and we use www.theeventhelper.com

Customer is required to cleanup from front to back in all areas in which you use including:

1) Take all garbage outside to the brown dumpster located outside of the back door (if garbage is seen on camera or stated by neighbors that it's being disposed of on the grounds of MidCoastal Special Events property or neighbors property you will be fined).

2) ALL TABLES ARE TO BE WIPED DOWN AND CLEANED WITH SOAP AND WATER. CLEANING SUPPLIES ARE PROVIDED BY MIDCOASTAL SPECIAL EVENTS.

3) ALL Floors in the ENTIRE BUILDING are to be swept and mopped.

4) Place ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES, MOP BUCKET, and MOP back in the area in which was previously was found.

5) BATHROOMS ARE TO BE CLEANED THOROUGHLY (toilets, floors, sinks and mirrors).

DAMAGE FEES:

If there are any major damages over $100 the customer will be notified and the damages will have to be paid in full by the customer who reserved with MidCoastal Special Events.

CONSULT FEE BY PHONE: $25 per 30 minutes

CONSULT FEE IN PERSON: $50 an hour

QUESTIONS ANSWERED BY FACEBOOK MESSENGER OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA WEBSITE WILL ONLY PROVIDE YOU WITH A DATE OF AVAILABILITY THAT YOU'RE ENQUIRING FOR YOUR EVENT. A CONSULT TIME AND FEE BY PHONE OR IN PERSON FOR ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS MUST BE SCHEDULED:

These fees will be deducted from your rental if reserved or if using our service.
