Slow-braised oxtail & Italian sausage simmered into a rich Sunday red gravy over spaghetti, paired with golden fried catfish that was fresh caught, cleaned, and filleted in my kitchen before touching the oil.

Intentional food always tastes different.

A full-service catering experience, designed with intention.

This event was executed in Tyler, traveling from the Dallas–Fort Worth area to deliver a fully styled, on-site experience.

From elevated grazing elements to hot, flavor-forward entrées, every detail was curated for both visual impact and unforgettable flavor.

This dinner… yeah, I’m still not over it 🤍

A couple nights ago I had the opportunity to create a birthday experience that blended Cajun and Caribbean flavors into something really special.

From the first course to dessert, every detail was intentional… and every plate came back CLEAN.

But my favorite part?
Watching the reactions in real time. That’s how I know I did what I was supposed to do.

From Florida to Broken Bow ✨

This past weekend I had the honor of creating a full birthday experience for a beautiful client who traveled all the way from Florida to celebrate with Mahogany Made. 💕

The day was filled with brunch favorites, a fine dining dinner, and a late-night charcuterie spread — paired with a cleansing milk bath for the ultimate unwind. 🌹🛁🍷

But the real magic wasn’t just in the food — it was in the fellowship. We prayed together, laughed, cried, and truly celebrated life. What started as a client booking turned into genuine sisterhood. 🥹💖

This weekend I had the opportunity to seat ups dessert charcuterie table for the Meet The Chefs charity event, put on by ! It was so amazing rubbing elbows and making connections with TOP TIER chefs from the DFW! God will open doors and place you in rooms when you least expect it, and I’m just soaking in gratitude! My mind is BLOWN! 😩🙌🏾

This was my first try at [LOADED] Oxtail Fried Rice, and I must say it is 🔥🔥🔥 I’ve been asked to add it to the weekly menu, and I just might 😏😌
Shredded Oxtail 🦬, Red Onions 🧅, Scrambled Eggs 🍳, Minced Ginger 🫚, Peas 🫛, Carrots 🥕 and Diced Spicy Mango & Jalapeño Chicken Sausage 🥭 drizzled with some Spicy Mayo 🤤🤤🤤
