Our major service is Events planning and Management. This however comes in two ways; that is; What kind of events do we do? and What do Events Planners do? I. What events do we do? These are a range of some of the events we do but we are not limited to these. They include;
Celebrations; weddings, engagement and give-away ceremonies, anniversaries, birthdays, bridal and baby showers, reunions, among others
Education; conferences and seminars, meetings, graduations parties
Promotions; product launches, political rallies, fashion shows
Commemorations; memorials, civic events. II. What do we do? Many individuals often find they don’t have expertise or even time to plan their events themselves, so they opt for an independent planner to come in and give their special events the attention and time they deserve. As events planners we come in to handle any and all the tasks related to the event in consideration to the needs of our client(s);
Creating an event design
Giving the client advise and proposition about the event
Conducting research on the needs of the client
Finding a site for the event
Arranging for food, décor and entertainment
Planning transportation for the team
Coordinating the activities of the event personnel
Supervising all other service providers involved in the event
