✅The original divorce absolute or death certificate of the previous spouse, and certified translation, if applicable.

✅A copy of the Marriage Notice from the Warden's Office.

✅A statutory declaration witnessed by Notary Public for the party residing abroad (a precedent or template will be provided by the Marriage Clerk).
