I am a 23-year-old medical student, certified phlebotomist, and passionate dance teacher, proudly representing the vibrant cultures of Venezuela and Trinidad and Tobago. My journey is driven by a deep love for pediatric care, with the goal of becoming a Pediatric Doctor and one day opening my own pediatric hospital. At birth, I was placed on life support due to underdeveloped breathing tubes, and it was the skill, care, and determination of the medical team that saved my life. Their actions didn’t just give me a second chance—they gave me purpose. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to be like them: saving lives, especially those of children. I believe if I can help just one sick child or bring one new life into the world, that child could grow up to make a difference in ways we can’t yet imagine. Since the age of four, I’ve embraced dance and pageantry, gaining local and international recognition. Dance is my sanctuary, and as a teacher, I use it to empower children and adults to move with confidence and chase their dreams. After being bullied throughout school, dance gave me strength and resilience. Today, whether in medicine or the arts, I use every platform to uplift, inspire, and empower—especially young women—by promoting education, self-belief, and purpose-driven dreams.
