1 1/2 oz Cirtus Cordial
1 oz Cinnamon and Ginger Syrup
Soda to top
2 dashes Orange Bitters
2 dashes Regular Bitters

Trinidad & Tobago is a multicultural island with a diverse heritage reflecting influence from africa, India, indigenous, European, Chinese, Latino and Arab cultures.
We are a twin island in the west indies populated by persons who boast of producing some of the best spices similar to that of the explosive flavors of El Dorado 12 year old rum. In this drink, tropical citrus cordial is added. This is reminiscent of our heritage where limes and other citrus were taken to India and Africa before they were brought here as slaves or indentured laborers.
Trinidad was also home to Chinese immigrants where cinammon was a highly prized spice. This spice was infused into the ginger syrup giving this cocktail a flavorful finish.
Orange and original bitters is added along with soda completing the drink with a smooth, crisp finish

Once u know me, you would know...fast pace is me, behind the scenes is me, learning and teaching what I know is me, but Frontline thing, cameras in yuh face thing most definitely is not me.
Today I took a step way out of my comfort zone, which I can honestly say...it was my most challenging step yet and I would like to thank the persons who got me into it, supported me, challenged me, even the ones who was calling other ppl to see if i was ok...yall really helped me get through it. My nerves properly well nerved, I made mistakes, I cried, but it was a learning experience for me and I am grateful for every aspect of it.
I thank you ALLLLL
And congrats to the winners, and the competitors

Ps. When the ice broke, all 8 of us were not behaving like competitors, because everybody was helping everybody

As the “CALYPSO SPICE SWIZZLE” begins its journey with the rich golden hue of the rum, capturing the warmth of the Caribbean, a splash of citrus adds a burst of tropical brightness, while a the spices soothes the edges. A dash of bitters brings depth, completing this flavorful voyage.

Coming to the front as a Spiced rife of the Queens Park Swizzle that originated in Trinidad, Using the Tamboo Spiced Rum to manipulate your tastebuds.
This cocktail emanates its simplicity, intrepidity, efficacy and accentuates our local citrus; tangy, tart and sweet enhanced by the bay leaf taste giving its earthy tone that pairs well with the warmth of nutmeg and cinnamon taste of the Rum, without forgetting the delicate hints of tamarind that exhilarates the sweet and savoury flavour with the cane sugar taking the edge off. Finishing it off the cocktail with its crown of Angostura Aromatic Bitters and housed in a glass sprayed with the Angostura Orange Bitters.
This drink takes you on a journey of it landscape of aromatics and flavours ending at the back of your tongue leaving you with a umami and exquisite taste!
