We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oreiented decor assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting our designers in creating beautiful and unique event decor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
>Assist senior designers with all aspects of the event design process, from initial concept development to final installation.
>Conduct site visits to measure event spaces and assess logistic needs.
>Assist with organization and transportation of event decor materials.
> Unpack, assemble, and install decor items according to the design plan
>Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
>Breakdown and pack up decor items after the event.
> Perform other duties as assigned by the design team.
QUALIFICATIONS
>String interest in the event industry and willingness to learn.
>Excellent attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics.
>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
>Able to lift and carry moderate weight.
>Reliable and available to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, mornings, as event schedules require.
