At Jules Catering, I love when a cake comes with a story — and this one definitely made me smile! 😄

This lemon cake with creamy lemon buttercream was made for a 30-year-old policeman whose loving wife wanted to make his birthday extra special. She wanted to remind him he’s still young at heart… even if, as the cake says, “You still look 18… from a distance, in the dark!” 😂💛

It was all in good fun — a sweet mix of humor, love, and lemony goodness!

This is my 8-inch Frozen-themed vanilla cake, made with soft, moist vanilla layers and covered in smooth vanilla buttercream icing. The design features a clean white finish accented with colorful blue, pink, and yellow rosettes along the top and base. I added a touch of rainbow sprinkles for a fun, festive look, and completed the design with ‘Happy Birthday’ candles and a decorative balloon featuring Elsa and Anna from Frozen. It’s a simple yet eye-catching cake that brings a cheerful, magical touch to any birthday celebration 🎂 🎈 🎉 ❤️❄️⛄️
