Hello Kalkan Lovers,
I wanted to meet you. I am Hülya. I am a food writer. I live in Istanbul. I have been traveling around Turkey for the last 20 years and interviewing chefs of Michelin star restaurants. I organize events for special days.

I will be in Kalkan throughout the summer. As Moyy Catering, we will prepare wonderful barbecue tables, appetizers, salads, snacks and desserts in your villas in Kalkan for lunch amd dinner. If you need breakfast as well.👌

The bees worked hard and the result!
Honey is an indispensable flavor in traditional Turkish breakfast. The taste of honey collected by bees, especially from flowers in the high mountains of Turkey, is wonderful. Erzincan honey is one of the best. We serve this honey for breakfast in Mabeyn Ocakbaşı as a pop-up breakfast.

Feta Cheese, Pale Yellow Cheese, Grilled Local Cheese, Full Fat Fiber Cheese,
Green Homemade Olives, Black Olives (from Bezirgan Village),
Honeycamb (Erzincan), Local gourmet butter (Kalkan),
Acuka with walnut, Atom (yogurt with dried chili pepper), Hummus, Local walnut, Double roasted tahini, Carob molasses,
Homemade strawberry jam, Cherry jam, Quince jam
(it can be change seasonal)
Turkish Donut “pişi”, Turkish Special pancake with cheese “gözleme”, Pastry with cheese & dill and Muska Borek with mashed potatoes, Menemen or Omlette, Homemade Fried Potato, Bagel with butter and caramelized onion & egg,

Good morning 🌸 i am happy to share some news with you. As you know, Moyy Breakfast started as a breakfast pop-up venue in the Mabeyn Ocakbasi in the center of Kalkan.

I also started to serve to Kalkan villas as Moyy Catering. Choises of Cheese & Meat plate, Main courses, Mezzes, Salads, Mini sandwiches & burgers, Club sandwiches, deserts, pastries…etc.

Dear Guests, Mabeyn is an ocakbasi as you know. This season we started to serve a special Turkish Breakfast in Mabeyn Restaurant as a pop-up. Moyy Breakfast consists of the most special flavors from 7 regions of Turkey, selected by food writer Hülya Meral.

Hulya says: “i am happy to be in Kalkan. A famous poet Cemal Sureya says that: “I don't know what you think about eating, but breakfast must have something to do with happiness 😁” We want to make everyone happy with our special Turkish Breakfast☺️🫶🏻.
