100 bicep curl challenge. I was a little optimistic with the weight I'd chosen to be fair but in challenges like this, there are no second chances as your arms are throbbing 😂.

Paradise gym is a BRAND NEW gym in Chaloklum, Koh Phangan and the views are stunning!

A massive variety of machines to use, plenty of fans and air-conditioning units, although they won't be working for for the next 2 days, hence the profuse sweating 😂.

Get yourself down and try it out, great gym!
